Karl led major private consortiums delivering +$20B CAPEX in greenfield P3 projects representing +$2B in private equity investments – including among the largest P3s in North America.
Karl has held senior executive positions with Equitix, Bombardier Transportation, AECOM & AECOM Capital, and Skanska.

He has more than twenty years' experience developing, financing, and investing in complex multi-billion infrastructure assets in North America, Europe and Africa as an investor, lender, and advisor.
His experience ranges across structuring and investing equity, mezzanine and senior debt, monitoring investment delivery, as well as extensive public and private sector advisory.
He has worked for major infrastructure companies such as Meridiam, HSBC, CIT and Deloitte. Recent closed US landmark projects include I-75 Segment 3 (Michigan), I-66 managed lanes (VA/DC) and La Guardia Central Terminal (NY).
